MSB based on deed No. 225 made by the notary Hasbullah Abdul Rasyid, S.H., M.Kn. MTN has authrorized capital worth Rp 1,000,000,000, - (one billion rupiah), which consists of 1,000,000 shares. The subscribed and fully paid up capital to the company is Rp 500,000,000 (five hundred million rupiahs).
